What we collect
We only collect what you enter in the request form: first name, surname, e-mail address, arrival and departure dates, number of guests, the apartment you are interested in and any notes. Our server also records your IP address with the request, as a measure against automated messages.
Why we use it
We use it to answer your availability request and, if you book, to arrange your stay. The legal basis is the performance of a contract or the steps leading up to one.
Who receives it
Your request arrives in our own mailbox. We do not sell it and do not pass it to third parties for commercial purposes. The site is hosted by Aruba S.p.A. in Italy, which processes the data on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Requests are kept for up to 24 months. Data about an actual stay is kept for as long as tax and administrative rules require. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Cookies and external services
This site uses no analytics or advertising cookies and loads no fonts or scripts from other websites. The Google map loads only if you ask for it by clicking on it; at that moment Google may set cookies and process your IP address, including outside the European Union. As long as you do not click, nothing is sent.
Your rights
You may ask us for access to your data, or to correct, delete or restrict it, and you may object to its use. Write to info@agriturismobellosguardo.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
