Extra virgin olive oil
Our farm covers about 9 hectares, planted almost entirely with olive trees, around 800 of them.
Extra virgin olive oil is our product. We are in the Reggello area, famous throughout Italy for the quality of its green gold.
Its very low acidity makes our extra virgin olive oil a fine product and an essential part of a healthy diet. You will taste its quality best on a classic bruschetta.
If you would like to buy some, our extra virgin olive oil comes in bottles and in 3 and 5 litre containers.
In summer you will find the vegetables from our garden, and fruit that you can pick yourself.
We lie at about 300 m above sea level; the mountains behind us rise to 1000 m: Monte Secchieta and the Pratomagno.
The hills in front of us divide us from the Chianti and mark the edge of the Valdarno.
Ours is a small family farm that takes pleasure in sharing the beauty of the landscape and the goodness of Tuscan cooking with its guests. It is always a pleasure to return to the calm of Bellosguardo after a day spent among the art treasures our Tuscany has to offer.
From the kitchen…
Wherever we can, we cook with the produce of our own farm, combined with our extra virgin olive oil, both in the cooking and as a dressing. That makes the dishes unique and delicious, but above all honest. Dinner is served every evening at 8 pm.
